This is a night time meditation program designed to help you:

Our sessions offer a safe space to gently log off, wind down, and rest, the way nature intended.

How It Works

  • Format: Guided meditations, pranayama, and chants designed by Sadhguru
  • Schedule: Every night 9:30PM to 10:45PM (EST)
  • Platform: Google meet
