  • Surya Shakti: Helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together. Brings stability to the body and makes you physically stronger.
  • Angamardana: Strengthening the spine, skeletal and muscular systems. Builds physical strength and fitness and bringing a sense of lightness and freedom.
  • Thoppukaramnam: Balances the right and left sides of the brain, and at the same time exercises the body.
  • Nadi Shuddhi: A Yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which prana (vital energy) flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
  • AUM chanting: A powerful mantra that can activate and energize the various sections of the body, bringing peace and balance to the system.
  • Eye Care Practices: Taught as a separate program, helps to improve vision-related issues, relieve strain and preventing further deterioration.
